Carter Linsley
Carter Linsley is an award-winning writer, director, editor, cinematographer, and sound designer. His 2021 film Love earned him distinctions at New Visions & Voices for Best Cinematography and Best Sound Design, where it took 2nd place overall. His work as an editor ranges from professional music videos to short films, including the Cannes-premiering Mirage, starring Devon Bostik and Dylan Gelula.
Carter is a certified Sound Engineer and Mastering Technician, having studied sound at a specialized college in London before receiving his BFA in Film & Television at Tisch School of the Arts. His thesis project, The Box Man, inspired by Kobo Abe’s novel of the same name, was the recipient of the Panavision New Filmmakers Grant.
